The products and services offered through this website are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. All indicators and strategies are educational tools designed to assist with market analysis and to help traders develop their understanding of technical analysis concepts.

These indicators and strategies are NOT financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals to follow blindly. The developer does not provide personalized investment advice or make recommendations tailored to your specific financial situation.

You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making trading decisions. Trading decisions are your sole responsibility, and you should carefully evaluate whether trading is appropriate for your financial circumstances, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

No Guaranteed Results

Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before engaging in trading activities.

Past performance does not predict future results. Historical backtesting results, example trades, or performance demonstrations do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results in live trading.

No indicator or strategy can guarantee profits or eliminate losses. Market conditions change constantly, and what worked in the past may not work in the future.

The developer makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding potential earnings, profitability, or trading performance. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

Indicators Do Not Execute Trades

This is a critical distinction: All indicators provided through this website are chart overlay tools that display visual signals, alerts, or analysis on your trading platform charts.

Indicators DO NOT automatically execute trades. They do not place orders, submit buy or sell instructions, or interact with your brokerage account in any way. They are strictly analytical and informational tools.

YOU are solely responsible for all trading decisions. The decision to enter or exit a position, the size of the position, the timing of execution, and all other aspects of trade management are entirely under your control.

The developer is not responsible for any trades you make based on indicator signals, any losses incurred, or any missed opportunities. The indicators are tools to support your analysis — not automated trading systems.

Intellectual Property

All source code, algorithms, strategies, documentation, and related materials remain the intellectual property of the developer. The developer retains full copyright and ownership.

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the indicator or strategy on your personal trading platform account(s). This license grants you the right to install and use the product for your own trading and analysis.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the indicator code with others
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Modify the code and redistribute it as your own work
• Share your login credentials to allow others to access the indicator
• Use the indicator in a commercial service where others benefit from it (e.g., signal services, managed accounts)

The license is granted to the purchasing individual only, not to an organization, trading group, or team. If multiple traders wish to use an indicator, each must purchase their own license.

Violations of these intellectual property terms will result in immediate license termination without refund and may result in legal action.

Service Definitions

To provide fair, sustainable support and set clear expectations, we define the following terms:

Bug

A bug is when the indicator does not function as originally specified in the agreed scope or product description. Bugs are functional defects that prevent the indicator from operating as intended.

Examples of bugs:

• The indicator was specified to plot a 20-period moving average but plots a 50-period moving average instead
• A signal condition is inverted (buy signals appear when sell conditions are met)
• The indicator crashes or produces errors during normal use
• Colors or visual elements do not display as described
• Alerts do not trigger when specified conditions are met

Bugs are fixed free of charge, with no time limit. If you purchase an indicator and discover a bug six months later, it will be fixed at no cost.

Feature Request / Rework

A feature request or rework is any change, addition, or modification beyond the original specification or product description. This includes enhancements, new functionality, or different behavior than what was agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Examples of feature requests:

• Adding new conditions or filters that were not in the original scope
• Changing the calculation method (e.g., switching from EMA to SMA)
• Adding new visual elements, labels, or display options
• Integrating additional indicators or data sources
• Modifying alert logic or notification behavior
• Adjusting the indicator to work with a different trading style or timeframe preference

Support Policy:

• One free rework is included within 30 days of initial delivery for custom development projects (you can request one round of modifications to refine the indicator to your needs)
• Additional reworks are billable, with pricing starting at $100 depending on complexity
• Pre-made indicators do not include free reworks (they are sold as-is, with bug fixes only)

This boundary exists to ensure fair, sustainable support. Without it, a single purchase could generate unlimited work, which would make the business unsustainable and unfair to other customers.

Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Pre-Made Indicators

A refund is available within 14 days of purchase if the indicator does not function as described in the product listing, provided you have:

• Followed the installation guide correctly
• Contacted support to attempt to resolve the issue
• Demonstrated that the indicator does not perform as specified

Refunds are NOT available if:

• The indicator functions as specified but does not produce your desired trading results (see "No Guaranteed Results")
• You simply changed your mind or no longer want the indicator
• You violated the intellectual property terms (shared the code, attempted to reverse-engineer, etc.)

Custom Development

For custom development projects, payment is typically structured as:

• 50% deposit upon scope approval (before development begins)
• 50% upon delivery

No refunds are available after the scope document has been approved and development has begun. This is because the scope approval process ensures we agree on exactly what will be built before work starts. Once development is underway, time and effort have been invested.

If you are unsatisfied with the delivered custom indicator:

• You may use your one free rework within 30 days to request modifications
• If the indicator does not meet the agreed scope, it will be corrected at no charge (see "Bug" definition)

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us via email (contact information below). Include:

• Your order number or purchase confirmation
• A description of the issue
• Screenshots or evidence demonstrating the problem (if applicable)

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

The developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of trading capital, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the products or services, even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This includes losses resulting from:

• Trading decisions made using the indicators or strategies
• Errors, bugs, or defects in the indicators (beyond the refund provisions above)
• Market conditions, volatility, or unforeseen events
• Platform outages, data feed issues, or technical problems beyond the developer's control
• Your inability to use the indicators due to lack of technical knowledge or platform restrictions

The developer's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products and services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full. In such cases, the developer's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

Modifications

The developer reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date at the top.

Continued use of the website or services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the website and services.

You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations will be noted prominently, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
