A HELPING HAND

Let’s make it clearer.

Start here for data questions, sign-in help and free account settings.

Understand a score or number

Open a stock’s MarketCompass Score for its factors, source and completed-bar date. Open an economic indicator for its definition, observation date and official source.

Open the workspace

Data looks old?

Sources are checked daily at 22:30 UTC. Click “Refresh data” to check for a newer update. If a source is unavailable, Compass shows a dated saved value. Monthly releases naturally describe an earlier month.

Scanner quotes and charts may be delayed; a saved observation is never a live quote.

Common questions

Read the full help guide

Will this tell me what to buy?

No. Compass helps you examine a stock, its dated technical setup and the wider market context. MarketCompass Score describes completed price history; it does not predict returns or recommend a trade.

Are the numbers live?

No. Economic observations show their source and observation date. TradingView charts and scanner quotes may be delayed. MarketCompass Score uses the latest completed daily or weekly bars when enough licensed history is available, and its provider can differ from the chart feed.

How does the What-if outlook work?

It reads dated official inflation, jobs, Treasury yield and Fed rate observations, then compares possible cut, hold and hike decisions. It shows the published Fed year-end projection separately. These are conditional scenarios, not percentage odds or a forecast of stock returns. Live market-implied odds are not connected.

Which markets does it cover?

The current workspace focuses on US stocks and ETFs, the US economy and all 11 major stock-market sectors. Some commodity research is available with dated official reports. The calendar includes selected official macro and market schedules, issuer-confirmed earnings and saved-symbol splits, and declared dividends. Treasury auctions and options expirations are optional; company-date coverage is incomplete. Canada-specific releases are not included.

Is Market Compass free?

Yes. All current Market Compass views are available with a free email-code account. No card is required and no billing subscription is created. Any future paid option would be your choice; you will never be automatically charged.

How do I manage my account?

Open Membership & settings to sign out or delete your free account. Signup sends sign-in emails only and does not add you to a marketing list. Sector interests and watchlist preferences are saved in your browser.
